About 30 Dutch Dragon sailors got together on 31st March/1st
April at a training camp brilliantly organised by Petticrows
Benelux dealer Andre Dupon.
Taking to the waters in Aalsmeer the Dragon sailors experimented
with a small Go-Pro camera mounted on the aft deck. Tim Tavinor
helped focus some of the sailors on their crewing techniques
and the camera footage was able to reinforce the points and
created plenty to talk about off the water in the clubhouse
and restaurant.
The sailors also discussed rig set up and had plenty of time
to look over the latest features on a new Petticrows Dragon.
They also experimented with the quick release genoa system
which was fitted on the new boat they were sailing.
It was a great way of getting the fleet together and motivated
for the season ahead. Thank you Andre.
