Trailers and Sail Boxes

The standard trailer supplied by Petticrows is the Harbeck aluminium 2500; our specification includes shock absorbers, spare wheel and front bars with lights. The tale gate is rigged to the aft mast bearers with snap shackles.

Most sailors chose to have 2 side and 1 front box fitted to their trailers, these were restyled in 2007 so they are streamline and very large.
The spare wheel fits into a recess within the front box and the 2 side boxes are long enough to store boom, sheerlegs, sails plus all your other spare equipment and a fair bit of junk too!

We can also supply our trailer rescue kit which includes a wheel chock jack, and wheel brace.
All trailers come complete with TUV papers for ease of registration in European countries.

Harbeck also do a cheaper version, in steel, to the same specification. The only drawback is it's heavier for towing and moving.
We can also supply a steel trolley which is suitable for shipping in containers.
